Organisation
Overview
Your organisation is your workspace in Relay, where your team members, surveys and all anaytic interactions exist. The organisation contains a master members list, which can be segmented into groups or teams across different surveys. Your organisation can have as many different surveys running as you need.
We recommend a company, non-profit and schools maintain just the one organisation across Relay. Any segmentation can be achieved at the teams or survey level, distinguishing between locations, user groups and internal structures can all be supported under the one organisation.
Creating an organisation
To create your organisation, all we need is
- Company or Institution name
- Your company related email address
- Your name
- Location and Timezone
Steps
- Log in to your Relay Dashboard
- Top right click the Settings > General
- You can update your organisations Company Name, Billing Email, Industry, Country and Timezone
- Click Save settings to complete any updates.
Delete organisation
If you need, you can delete your organisation under settings if you are the organisations admin, on any plan. Deleting your organisation can not be undone, so please do so carefully.
