We anticipate that the majority of users will comfortably operate within the boundaries of our free plan. Our aim is to keep pricing straightforward and our usage limits generous, so you can focus on using our platform without concern for restrictions or hidden fees.
If your usage significantly exceeds typical levels and impacts our infrastructure, we’ll reach out to discuss a custom plan tailored to your needs. This ensures we can continue to provide a seamless experience for everyone.
Examples
- Regularly gathering large quantities of responses outside of the below 20,000 per month
- Regularly sending high volumes of messaging across specific channels above 10,000 per month
- Sharing a paid Pro account with members outside of your organization Our subscriptions are intended for use by a single organization. Sharing outside your registered organization is not permitted. This policy is in place to uphold the integrity, anonymity and privicy policies of our service and ensure a consistent experience for all. Violations may lead to the suspension or termination of your subscription.
Custom plans
If your usage exceeds the limits outlined in our Fair Use Policy, we’ll design a custom plan tailored to your specific needs, based on your recent usage patterns. This plan will be billed separately from your existing subscription, with invoices issued at the start of each quarter.
